Professor Darabi is a very nice guy who seems to be enthusiastic about the content/teaching and cares about us as students. Lectures are clear and provide nice examples of the content, how to perform certain tasks (such as state table minimization, Karnaugh maps, etc), and countless go-throughs.
This section was a bit odd since we had lecture 8-12 on Friday. Nonetheless, Darabi made sure that we were comfortable (gave us ample breaks), recorded lecture (even though he infamously dislikes recording lectures).
Homeworks were fair and straightforward. However, the TA is incredibly unclear about grading (no marks off to the professor for this).
While Ms. Julakanti is incredibly knowledgeable, she is not a very good teaching assistant. She is incredibly rigid when it comes to grading (even if something is not on the question, she still insists on grading as if it was), and passive-aggressive in all her interactions (I asked her about a due date and she was incredibly snappy about it).
In addition...she never held discussion. She just posted videos on Canvas.
