Where do I start? Worst class to ever exist. Professor makes you buy his own book? Check. Mandatory 3 hour discussions? Check. Content is simply just the professor on a soapbox voicing his own opinions? Check. Literal war criminal? Check.

I attended the first lecture and never came back. The professor was so salty about students not attending lecture that he said he’d add a couple questions that you’d only be able to answer if you attended. How horrible.

Grading:

• 2 Individual Essays (24%, 12% each)
• Group Report (29%)
  • Written Portion (24%)
  • Presentation (5%)
• Midterm (12%)
• Final (20%)
• Textbook Quizzes (5%)
• Participation (10%)

Individual essays were somewhat interesting, but the group project came straight from hell. No one does anything, and you’re forced to do everything yourself. Epitome of horrible college group project.

In short, this class made me want to dropout.

However, my TA Jim Solomon was such a nice guy. I loved him—the only good part about this course. Very understanding, tried to make things fun (games and such), and a nice grader. Best part of this horrible class.
